Consultation on our draft Gender Identity and Expression Employment Policy

As Health and Social Care organisations* we are jointly consulting on our draft Gender Identity and Expression Employment Policy and its equality screening.

The purpose of the policy is to provide guidance and advice to staff and managers on the recruitment and retention of transgender and non-binary staff.

As inclusive organisations, we are committed to the health, well-being and dignity of all our staff, regardless of their gender identity and expression.

We would like to hear from you as to your thoughts on both the draft policy and the equality screening.
